We love, love, love the subs at Firehouse! Quick, courteous service and fresh subs. The only complaint is there isn't enough seating for their lunch/dinner crowds. Most tables are for 2, so many folks move the tables to accommodate their families.

The service at this location has gone downhill over the past 6 months. I have been eating at Firehouse at this location for 10+ years. Food is still pretty good, but certainly not worth the price anymore. The overall customer service at this particular location is not as good as it used to be, and there has been a major difference in the past 6 months or so. I used to eat here at least once per week, now it is more like once a month or so. I think I am going to move my business to another location, and if that does not improve things, stop eating Firehouse at all. I will say that my review is during a time where there is a general labor shortage and that this location still has much better food than Subway. However, that is not saying much.

Firehouse subs has become our new favorite sub place to go. We're willing to pay more to help provided life saving equipment for the local fire stations.

Good subs, real fresh ingredients. Definitely better than that underground sub place. Always seems to be understaffed though. But still good nonetheless.
