Apparently there was an issue with our order because we were told to come back through the pick up window a few times. The app said the order was ready, so we waited quite awhile. We really didn’t have a choice due to a lot of places being closed so early. I’ve experienced absolutely horrible service there a couple of times before. I thought here we go again! Anyway, the staff was so polite about it and apologized. I didn’t have to say or do anything. They were proactive instead of reactive and that makes a huge difference! I wish I had the lady and young man’s names that helped us Saturday night so I could mention them. Thank you whoever you are.. as a CSR myself, I appreciate good service! :) The food was HOT, tasted good, and everything we ordered right down to the ranch was there! That rarely happens if you go to another drive through. Kudos!

Our order was being inspected for over an hour and when we called we were told that it left for delivery 30 minutes prior. Hour waiting still no food, called back and was told Our order hadn't even left yet. So 1.5 hours it sat being inspected and never even left for delivery!

The night manager was horrid towards me and he told me that I shouldn't be eating pizza because I have colon cancer. Pizza is actually good for people who have pharyngeal cancer, or colon cancers. We have been a Domino's faithful customer for over 20 years. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a manager none the less. And he hung up on me when I was trying to explain that I accidentally clicked the wrong button on my phone. Very sad.
