Company overcharged for years, as they ran a monopoly in Missoula. Glad to get rid of them for a service that is roughly 40% less in yearly cost and 25% more efficient.

Will not answer the phone!! Have called several times and sat on hold 30 to 45 minutes but no one ever answered. Have left my phone number for call back but no call back either.

BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Our business would not have SHINED had it not been for the PROFESSIONAL PROWESS of KRISTA CLAWSON and SAMANTHA BOYD, both phenomenal Account Managers at Republic Services. They helped me by orchestrating the working teams of Dispatch and Drivers for the total success of dual construction debris removals, each lasting over a month long. Working with Krista and Samantha (and love Vicky in Billing!) was an EMPOWERING experience and a shining example of how communication and teamwork can really make things happen! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Krista Clawson at the local Republic Office . She set up a couple of projects I had and it was flawless . I tried going through the national calling center first and they just did not have tge kind of local expertise to set up the service I needed . Krista Reached out and what a relief. She got me back on track. Overall I have no problem with Republic in Missoula. The Drivers are excellent too. Republic has over the many years also been involved and have donated services to non profits that I have been involved with . Five stars is what they deserve and that is why i wrote this review .
