My mother sought care here for amniotic fluid testing during a "geriatric pregnancy". The doctor stabbed her three times with a massive needle, barely managed to collect a tiny amount of the fluid only to tell my father, "if it comes out too ugly, I'll take care of it for you." That child was stillborn. I was born a healthy baby in Fort Bragg a couple years later. My parents filed a complaint with no response. I will update this review with the doctor's name the next time I have access to the complaint record. As this was 30 years ago, I certainly hope that the doctor has retired is are not continuing to shame/abuse patients seeking medical care. I have zero faith in faith-based healthcare as a result of this intensely personal story.

I had a unpleasant experience & mis diagnosis mistaking a fractured rib for a contusion - also i think staff needs sensitivity training to prevent racial profiling and discriminatory practices.

This was the WORST hospital experience that I've ever had!!! The triage nurse was nothing but a BULLY! so rude and condensending! She needs to find a new job because the way she treats patients is awful!!!! She made rude remarks, had a rude tone of voice and attitude, and was aggressive. I would rather bleed out and die than go back there!
