Horrible service..I had got a loan on a item, one month goes by. I go in to get it back they told me they had already sold it. Because I was one day late on paying the loan. It was a 1500 saw, that they literally stole From me. They were extremely rude. Who sells an item after one day.

Called to see if they had a washer and dryer for sell first time calling to check and the guy that answered was rude and told me that he told me yesterday that he did and that I didn't come into get them so he sold them

The store is really nice but the staff is rude everytime and I won't recommend anyone going and if your going to be a pawn shop you should make sure your staff are trained as pawn brokers

The time given between a forfeit loan and the item being put out on the shelf varies from loan to loan. On especially high loans such as yours our business cannot afford to keep these items stored. In most cases we try to get items back to their owners with mutual communication, we send a reminder and expect a phone call or a payment before the item is forfeit. In your case the first phone call was 9 days after the item was forfeit with it being put out to sell 7 days after forfeit (2 days after the grace period was over). Such a desirable item sold quicker than usual and after that we cannot help any longer.
