It's been awful since the new owners took over. They raised rent immediately and going up again soon. So far 95.00 increase. They gave us garage us garbage service without telling us we have to pay for it. And all of a sudden the water and sewer has tripled. It's disgusting.

You used to have to own your own trailer Now they have quite a few that they rent out and I'm not sure if they rent the trailer and the lot separately If so that's a pretty steep rent charge lots of people do it so it can't be too pricey but lot rent is around $430 and that includes water and sewage
