Online Verizon account transfers are not easy. I got a babysitter and went into this location for help after trying for 3 days. I arrived at 6:05 on a Friday night and they turned me away. I had to ask if they had ANY solutions for me and they said to call the number again. I was already frustrated with Verizon, and this location made it worse.

The biggest runaround I have been on in a while. I have switched carriers greatfully. I'm gonna send Verizon a bill for all the time I spent on the phone talking to customer care and the time I spent waiting at their stores for help!!

Tbh I would call just because you never know. I know alot of places prefer card just because of covid. So I would just call to be safe.

Not a corporate f...... Office. Back to Nampa or to Boise Town Mall. This company sucks big time for being an up to date electronic company with no access to people who need help on phone issues.
Go to settings and then Apps. Fro. There you should be able to scroll until you find the daydream app. You should either be able to uninstall or disable the app. Disabling won't uninstall it from Your phone but it will remove the app from sight.
