Specifically directed towards Pacific Ave Jack in the Box, made us wait almost 20 min or so in the drive thru. I honestly thought I was being made fresh hot food, so you can imagine my disappointment when I was handed luke warm -cold food. Had no regard and straight attitude towards my boyfriend when he went to get his money back. Craziness on Monday today.

I usually come later through the day because it seems like the morning shift is always in a bad mood I always seem to get the same girl in drive thru she’s short and over sized but she has theee worst attitude EVER I kind of feel bad for her and anyone working with her I could just imagine how it is but anyways don’t think I will be returning for breakfast here anytime soon & to the morning employees if you hate your job GET A NEW ONE

Not actually a question but maybe it's all the people ahead of you. You may only be getting fries and a drink but maybe everyone else may be getting more. Plus there's all the people inside that are also ordering food and it's all comes by the same people. And if you were so hungry that you starved to death in only 20 minutes, you'd order more than just some fries. But obviously you were being facetious. I don't think Jack in the box is going to go out of business because you are getting your fries and drink elsewhere, but feel free to not go anymore. Now the rest of us can get our food faster without having to wait on you to get your fries and drink. Just kindly move your car out of line before you starve to death, i don't feel like pushing your corpse filled car out of the way
They are so bad on the phone. I order one night and missed half of my order. Called to complain and no answer and when finally answer they hung up fast.
