I went in close to closing time and I was greeted by a guy named Joe and he was really respectful towards me and listed and even asked questions because I was definitely struggling. The manger David, had GREAT customer service he smiled, he joked with me! I was in there for at least a good 10 min and I was out quickly. His staff works efficiently and quickly. When I left my tire pressure light turned off completely and it’s been on for weeks! Mavis Tired and Breaks definitely has a big loyal customer!

I had the BEST customer service and kindness at this place! I had car trouble on Easter weekend and was temporarily helped by a tow truck driver. I was able to get to this Mavis Tire & Brakes in Rocky Mount as I was on my way to my sister's house in NC from VA. David and Torian were up front and ready to help me when I came in worried due to being stranded on 95 for awhile with two of my kids in the car with me. They were so kind and made me feel 100% better. They took a look at my car right away and fixed the problem. Juan was the mechanic that fixed my car. They explained the problem very well and made me feel no stress in a very stressful situation. I can not thank them enough! They are awesome! Thank you David, Torian, and Juan. I would recommend them to anyone!

I live out of town but desperately needed new tires. When I first called, I was told there was no way they could get us in. I took no for an answer and called a few other places. I decided to call back and explain my situation. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, but they had the cheapest tires I'd found after searching for days. Turns out they had a problem with inventory. They didn't have the tires they had quoted me. So they got us better tires at the same quoted price. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper I no longer have to worry about my safety traveling back and forth on the highway and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had a flat tire and was a little irritated when I first called the store due to me just purchasing a new set of tires 10 days prior. Matthew was the manager filling in at the Rocky Mount location and he took great care of my car and made sure everything was good to go. He went over and beyond to fit me in and made sure I had everything I needed for my tire. I’m very appreciative of him and his customer service. Thank you!
