This dealership to include it's service department is garbage. I just purchased a used car less than 3 months ago. The car was delivered unwashed with the previous owners items still left in the vehicle. I am currently still waiting to receive the tags for the vehicle and have called and left messages numerous times. In addition, scheduled service and ended up having to wait over 5 hours for an oil change. I was advised by the service manager that a part was on back order. While waiting, I called another dealership and the same quote unquote part was available. Essentially, the service manager lied. As a veteran, the treatment I received warrants me to NOT recommend any of the Van dealerships to anyone and warn any would be buyers to NOT do business at this dealership.

Cameron your sales person was fantastic. The dealer on the other hand charged $595 for premium window tint that was NEVER done, same with door edge guards $295 and door cups $195. Waiting for a response from dealer…

I made an appointment for 9 AM, and oil change and tire rotation typically takes one hour I waited over three hours. What is the science in making an appointment if you have to wait for multiple other cars you need to spread out your appointments so that you can service your customers more promptly this was a hindrance to my Workday

My experience was also amazing. I was dealing with Bret Glass and he was just amazing. I felt the same as you. Even though the deal is done or not they are very respectful and understand customers need. I have seen many sales people are just rude and they think that customers are not real and playing around. I am glad I was able to close my deal with that showroom. Bret even helped me with questions and every thing even after sales. They are just best and very very professional
They wear masks
The only people there during the night hours is security and cleaning crews. As for the right drop off lot I am not sure. If you can locate the security guard he may be able to help you.

A. I don't work there. Call them. All I did was have them repair my Buick Lacross's heater. They did an excellent job.
