Good Morning! I would like to personally thank Dr. Paulson and his team. I ate Breakfast this morning!!! I cannot remember the last time I did not hesitate to put food in my mouth! My fear of dentistry pain has cost me in so many ways and the upcoming plan will be my 2nd extraction based upon my fear of pain and past experiences. You guys are the best. That was the most comfortable appointment I have ever had. I am 59 years of age so that says a lot! I do believe I have found a new home. Yes you guys are stuck with me for the rest of my life. (smiles) Pun Intended Thank you and your staff so much! I look forward to eating on the right side of my mouth as well. You have no idea how much dentistry can change a person’s life. I’m thinking the oral sedative and the care in numbing of my mouth prior to the root canal and crown was the secret to calming my fears of the pain. I foresee a trip to Mitchell Ocean Club in my Future. I may gain back a pound or two but I can live with that! Again, Thank you so much!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I needed a few of my fillings done so I had to have 2 different appointments so they schedule me with 2 different people, the first girl did a great job but the second one had my teeth hurting even after a month of having them done, they also have a weird color to it reddish/black not white like they’re supposed to be, they still look like cavities because of the color. When I called I asked the receptionist to schedule me with the first girl I had she confused their with Second girl, she had told me that she shouldn’t have done my fillings because she didn’t have her license to perform that yet, when I asked her what does she mean by that, she tried to change the subject. That was the first issue I had with them, then they going to bill me $82 for cleaning when my insurance always covered them they have never charged me until now, and now that I’m trying to pay them, it has been two weeks since I’ve been calling them back to back and they don’t answer their phones or return their calls, I left so many voicemails and nothing. I’ll have to take time out of my day to go over there and pay since their website isn’t working for that and since they don’t pick up the phone or return any calls. This is so inconvenient and unprofessional, I do not recommend this place if you want professional help and someone to answer the phone when you call.

They were all so nice, polite and very attentive. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Pricing was told to me, and there was no pressure for anything. They all were very professional. And the work they did was absolutely outstanding!!!
