Specifically ask for "Catherine" and she'll be slow BUT ALSO try to hide who she is when you find out how bad she is at her job. Bonus! Edit: actually read their reviews. They have employees giving 5 stars. The ineptitude of this place is only matched by their corruption.

Dreadful. Plan on any phone call taking at least an hour on hold before being able to speak with a real person. Once you are able to speak with someone they are anxious to get you off the phone and not assist you, as soon as possible. Wrong info is given resulting in numerous phone calls. I am missing payments that nobody can seem to find and would not recommend doing business with this place if you can avoid it.

Horrible. HORRIBLE. trying to get ANYONE to call you back, or get anything done. I am a precious employee, and have been attempting to get some very simple documents from them for 3 MONTHS!!! The experience of having to deal with them again makes me even more thankful iade the decision to leave this company. Don't work here, don't use their services
