Was not that hard to find. And only 3 minutes from my house it makes it very convenient. At the moment they are only putting documents in a Dropbox. Which I don't know if I have the right paperwork or not but we will find out

All I can say is keep trying - make sure you press the number for HEAP & PIPP. I've had my call answered, another returned and, yet, another not returned. It just depends on the day of the week, I guess! Good luck!
