Calls and text with sales person about a truck and I explicitly said I would not pay over msrp. He sent me this message "I just talked to my manager and he would be willing to work with you on pricing if he knows that you will be financing the vehicle here in house and that you would be willing to come in and do the financing here to see the numbers before discussing the price break he may offer. He just wants to be sure we have a serious buyer before we start making deals". I go to the dealership and had compleye waste of time as they would not make a deal and the salesman text me this "I thought you were willing to work a deal and possibly meet in the middle? I know when we spoke on the phone you said you were willing to pay over sticker, but not the full $5,000 over. What changed your mind? " I never told salesman Shawn I would pay over msrp. Everyone needs to not waste their time here with these antics.

Do not buy from this dealership they will not honor agreements

Back in January 2022 I came in and ordered a bronco. We sat down designed everything and signed for my prefer to be placed. Now 9 months later I am informed that I will have to sign a document stating that I will not be allowed to sell my vehicle for 2 years once it comes in. After leaning this I told the sales manager to cancel my order immediately as I will not sign that document. I was told it will be canceled and now I just got an email from Ford saying that the build will be completed by October 31st. I feel like they are scamming people by not informing them when ordering about that paperwork and then dragging their feet so they can receive the vehicle. Do not buy from them. I called around no other dealership is doing this. Call Ricart or anyone else before buying a car from them.
