During the Spring I contacted Northeast through their website and then through email, and in person, in order to rent a trailer for late July early August. They had a trailer for me and I rented the trailer, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my reservation. They have always been polite, communicative, and friendly and even though we are unable to utilize there services this year, I definitely recommend them.

Met with Carl the owner to discuss renting a camper for a couple months while work is being done on our cottage. He was extremely polite, helpful and honest with us. He allowed us to come out and look at some examples of what our options would be. Highly Recommend! We have rented trailers before and Northeast was excellent! We rented an 18' trailer from Northeast it was a really good experience. The camper was clean and had been sanitized which made us very comfortable about staying in the camper. The interior of camper was well kept and in great shape, no signs of previous damage or repairs. Carl went through the operation of the camper and the paperwork quickly but thoroughly and we were on our way. The only glitch was that the heater failed on the second night, but who expects to have 32 degree temps and need a heater in the first week of September. Carl told us to get a space heater and reimbursed us for it. Excellent customer service! We will be renting from Northeast RV on our next trip to NH.

I'm not sure where to start, but in short we had a wonderful experience with our pop-up and Northeast RV Rental. Carl is easy and great to work with. I was looking to rent a pop-up, and used Northeast RV rental in the past, but this was the first time I've used them under the ownership of Carl. From the beginning Carl was very patient and responsive in answering all of my pop-up and towing questions. Following my initial out reach and series of questions he reached out to see if I was still interested, and updated me on his inventory status. The instructions around reserving, booking, and insuring the pop-up were very clear and easy to follow. When I arrived I found Carl to be very pleasant, friendly and extremely informative about camping in the area and towing pop-ups in general. This wasn't my first time towing or using a pop up, but Carl still walked me through the entire set up and use of the pop up, which was helpful because it's not something I do often. Inspecting the pop up for the first time it was also evident that Northeast takes very good care of their trailers. We used the camper for a weekend incident free, and returned the trailer with ease. I will definitely be coming back in the future. The only question that came up the entire weekend, was when our propane ran out. We opted to refill the tank rather than bring it to one of those Blue Rhino stations because the tanks at those exchanges are often inferior in quality and condition. It's also worth noting that Carl has a very nice looking campground in a great part of New Hampshire. We went further north, but I could see the allure of staying on site with one of his units.

The vehicle you use for towing needs a 2-inch tow ball with 19 inches of space from the top of the ball to the ground and a 7pin wiring harness. Adapters may be used to convert from 5 pin wiring.
All of our motorhomes are allowed 100 free miles of travel per day. Additional mileage is charged at 45 cents per mile.
We include full-coverage insurance in the rental rate, but an additional $1,000,000 in liability insurance is available for $14.95 per day.
