The line was out the door and around the building...I spent 50 minutes waiting to get within six customers of the only teller working. When I had to leave to make an appointment I went to the managers who were talking in the corner. "You have a line out the door and around the building, and you only have one teller" (stating the obvious but my statement was begging the question why). "Oh no, we have another one here," pointing to the business-only teller. "You have one teller for regular customers and the line is" (again stating the obvious) "out the door and around the building." "Well, we'll look into that" was the helpful reply. Been a customer at Wells since 1983. Looking for another bank.

Do I need to make an appointment if I want to open an account to have my checks deposited?

Terrible service you go to the bank and not a single security is there they take too long since there are only about two people at the window with too many people outside and more if it is Friday and in the parking lots it is worse depending on the parking lots for people who go to the bank and it is super crowded or where you can park your car since too many people go to the stalls that are put outside and all the people are parked in the parking lots terrible service they would see at least do something
