Stopped in this morning (july 9th 7am team) and the baristas were amazing! They had a lot of patience for my mom who couldn’t seem to find a drink she cared for. They took the time to help make recommendations and not make her feel bad for not having had starbucks before. They were incredibly friendly and all around great team!!

I go in and I have to say thank you to all the employees for reading my phone im the one who comes in who's mute not Deaf mute. who has the order on my phone. You guys are amazing and like the new look. It looks much bigger the old style however nice was there when I wee little.

It seems like there is rarely a time that this store isn't having some issue...closing early due to staffing, lobby closed due to "tech issues," with the drive-thru line almost out to the road, one espresso machine, etc. Today, I finally made it through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee frappuccino with almond milk. I made the mistake of not tasting it immediately and was probably 15 minutes down the road before I tasted it and realized it was not what I had ordered. It was a cloyingly-sweet, cinnamony cold milky drink with no discernable coffee. I did not have the time to turn around and go back, so I tried to call. The number seemed to be out of service or something, because after trying a dozen or so times, I couldn't get through. If you're on 95, just keep heading to Augusta and get your coffee there, or at the very least, taste your coffee before you leave the window. I think I'm done with this place.

The women running the drive thru was very rude, there was a confusion with the order, app put the wrong name wasn't aware it did And the woman with the veteran on her apron snapped and said you don't need to get angry with me. Wasn't trying to be rude was trying to explain to the impatient woman in the drive through, I have been ordering at this location for quite a while, customer service goes a long way. Not impressed with the unnecessary attitude! I will start traveling to augusta, will no longer come to this location!
