I'm not sure, the youngest I've seen in there without an adult were adolescents. The place is well monitored by staff so I don't think there much of a age restriction. Most likely need a parent to join if you're below the age to sign a legally binding contract.

I'm not 100% sure, but other Planet Fitness clubs run by the same owners do accept Silver Sneakers.
