Know your information before you go there, probably 3rd time I go in there looking to buy parts and asking questions hoping to get useful information and the response has been basically just get eyes rolls, visual annoyance and judgmental looks coming from the taller gentleman. I am new to this Volkswagen Club so I understand some annoyance with someone inexperienced asking novice questions, but I hope the rest of the community isn’t like this. Needless to say would rather find other means to work on my Ghia. Other than that. The selection of parts are wide so that’s the only redeemable aspect and why they get 1 stars instead of 0.
