So much for free same day delivery I won’t receive my tv until Monday when I signed the rental agreement on Wednesday so I basically have to wait a week to get my tv but still have to pay on it and don’t have it rent a center needs to change their delivery promise to say we will get your product to you when we find time and not say free same day delivery

I originally reserved a couch to be delivered to me. After I left my friend went in and wanted to the same couch he had no idea that I put my down payment for the couch. They gave him my full name and address. Thank god he was s friend and not a stranger. I immediately canceled my order. They are very rude and unprofessional. 0/10 do not recommend!!

I want to send a shout out to Rent A Center of Hammond for their outstanding customer service and kindness! My refrigerator went out the day before Thanksgiving and new refrigerators were 3 to 4 weeks out. They fit me in for same day delivery of a refrigerator to rent. When they got here, they discovered it was the plug. Not the refrigerator! They took it back free of charge and refunded my money with no hassle at all. This is the way you do business! Thank you Rent-A-Center!
