They may offer private orders. Most stores do that. They may mot have them in store, but the distributor could get it.
Unfortunately, the limited amount that was allocated has already been doled out already.
I don't know but they do have a large selection.
They have money gram, alternate location is winn dixie they have western Union and walmart is the cheapest to send or receive money via a walmart card or MoneyGram
