For the second time, an employee was extremely rude to us. Paying for things you won’t be doing just to step foot on the premises is one thing (I can accept it due to insurance rules) but being rude to customers is unacceptable. The first time it happened I assumed it was a fluke but alas it happened again. I was told to go to the farm stand for pumpkins after being told we all had to pay to do the activities we were not intending to do. When asking about pick your own a woman came from behind the person at the window to tell me “I wasn’t listening” and proceeded to talk down to me like I was a child. I wasn’t rude, I was just trying to figure out where to go to pick pumpkins. We will not return to a business that treats people with utter disrespect for no reason other than asking a question. I’m sorry if other people were rude and they have an axe to grind but don’t take it out on us. If you want an experience that doesn’t end in being treated poorly this is not the place for you. We will never be back.
