Bobby and Taylor were the kindest, hard working, and overall fantastic help. They set up our security system and cameras flawlessly. They both walked us through step by step on how to use the app and system! I have never had this kind of customer service before and I don’t think anyone could ever top it. They deserve a raise for their OUTSTANDING work! If I could give them over 5 stars, I most definitely would. They are working as quickly as possible to get everything back up and running and as of now we are seeing great progress with Verizon restoring the issue. We are experiencing an extremely high call volume due to the outage and are working diligently to assist anyone affected. AT&T made me mad when trying to get a landline installed at my current house, so I went with Custom's cellular modem. It actually works out cheaper per month, just no voice capability. It's worked flawlessly, and I can use an app to remotely control and check my system.
I have a key fob and I really like it!
