Bobby and Taylor were the kindest, hard working, and overall fantastic help. They set up our security system and cameras flawlessly. They both walked us through step by step on how to use the app and system! I have never had this kind of customer service before and I don’t think anyone could ever top it. They deserve a raise for their OUTSTANDING work! If I could give them over 5 stars, I most definitely would. These gentlemen not only made my house feel secure, but made my day with their genuine kindness.

Trying to call but don’t have the right number. My alarm in bed room is going off ever half hr. I press 1 and cut it off but it comes back on it is a buzz not notification of any thing. How do I stop it. I need a number to call

Entering your 4-digit code followed by the number "1" will silence the beeping. You may have to do this twice. The issue with the system is due to a Verizon network outage. They are working as quickly as possible to get everything back up and running and as of now we are seeing great progress with Verizon restoring the issue. We are experiencing an extremely high call volume due to the outage and are working diligently to assist anyone affected. We know this is highly frustrating and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Why are you guys answering o phone??

How do I reset our home system when there is a "room" that continues to show that either windows/doors are not secure? Hitting reset button isn't taking care of this. Thanks.

Custom S/S does my monitoring via a land line with AT&T. However, I am preparing to drop the land line since its only purpose is for your monitoring. What choices do I have to maintain monitoring or must monitoring also be dropped? Thanks, Customer

AT&T made me mad when trying to get a landline installed at my current house, so I went with Custom's cellular modem. It actually works out cheaper per month, just no voice capability. It's worked flawlessly, and I can use an app to remotely control and check my system.

Do you offer key pads that uses a fab to arm a d disarm?
