Dr. Cross is wonderful!!! I was determined to find him again after years of not knowing where his new location was after Katrina. I search and searched and finally found him. He really cares about his patients teeth. I live at least an hour away, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my teeth so I made that drive and will continue. I love Dr. Cross!! Mrs. Kenyata was at the front desk and took care of me. She was really nice, helpful, and accommodating!!! Fantastic Customer Service!! Mrs. Lyndsey took my x-rays. She was very nice!! She did a great job. Picture Perfect 😁 Mrs. Lynn, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and she did an exceptional job. She was extremely nice and accommodating. Yes, we do. We accept MCNA and Dentaquest. We also accept the five Healthy Louisiana plans such as Aetna, AmeriHealth Caritas, United HealthCare, Louisiana Health Care Connections, and Healthy Blue. We are not participating in the Adult Denture Program that provides dentures or a denture with a partial for adults in Medicaid over 21. We also accept those plans offering care to Medicaid and Medicare such as United Health Care and Aetna.
No, we do not. We provide comprehensive care not specialty service such as orthodontics (braces).
Most of the Medicaid plans cover extractions. However, some individuals may have Medicaid for healthcare and transportation but do not have any coverage for dental care. Recently, three extractions were added to the Adult Denture Program for those dentists participating in the program. Call and we can verify what your Medicaid plan covers.
