THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO MOVE IN, i been waiting 1 month to get my administration fee and the manager is racist!!! She is very rude, very nasty attitude and talk to you like your an animal on the street, I wouldn’t stay here if the place was rent free, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY PLEASE !!!!!!

Horrible apartments! They don’t fix anything, don’t clean carpet, you put in work orders and they take their time getting back with you. People in the office so nasty and disrespectful especially Ana. The man who works in the office is always loaded off pain pills, Ana talks to people any kind of way, hangs up in their face over the phone and overcharges folks. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at these apartments!

My experience with these apartments was terrible. Ana is very rude and disrespectful. They don’t try and work with you on anything. I put in work orders for my carpet to be cleaned and the crack in my ceiling to be fixed NOTHING. Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone honestly.

I LIVED HERE FROM 2016 UNTIL 2021…I HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE IN 5 YEARS MY BRAND NEW CAR GOT TOWED OVER THE WEEKEND BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT OVER THE WEEKEND AND COULDNT GET A PARKING PERMIT STICKER DUE TO THE OFFICE BEING CLOSED…I ACTUALLY LOVED IT HERE, MAINTENANCE COMES QUICKLY AND IS EFFECTIVE ! GRASS GETS CUT EVERY WEEK ! EVERY HALLOWEEN THEY HAVE CANDY BAGS FOR THE KIDS AT THE OFFICE AND EVERYDAY THEY HAVE SNACKS FOR THE ADULTS TO GRAB IN OFFICE ! MRS.KATHY IS THE BEST PERSON EVER TO WORK FOR TANGLEWOOD ! SHE ACTUALLY CARES&LISTENS I COULD GO ON…BUT THE ROACH REVIEWS ARE NOT TRUE ! I “NEVER” IN 5 YEARS SEEN ONE IN MY 1 BEDROOM UNIT NOR MY 2 BEDROOM UNIT … SO MAYBE CLEAN UP SO YOU WNT HAVE ROACHES !
