The air conditioning unit went out in the middle of summer and nothing was done about it. The dish washer ( never use) backed up nothing was done about it. Reported the MOLD they painted over it and a few weeks later it was back. The storage space never locked and was full of MOLD, nothing was done about it. Gated community but gates don't lock or you can't unlock them. The 1 maintenance man can't maintain the grounds by his self, he tries his best. The lady in the office is not friendly at all, she doesn't care about the tenants. DO NOT SWIM IN THE POOL. Your car will get scratched dented and damaged because parking is tight. (tenants act like they don't know how to park. Good luck on finding a decent place to live.

They are thieves. Submitted an application for an apartment it took 5 days and I did not hear anything back. I told them to cancel my application since I found somewhere else. They ACKNOWLEDGED it. A week later they ran my "deposit" on a ghost apartment anyway. Now they are trying to say deposits are non-refundable when they never had authorization to run the deposit anyway.

do not and i mean it do not move here. don't even apply unless you're positive about moving here. they lied and said you get a your $100 back out of the deposit you pay for the wait list. 150 all together you pay you won't get it back. i was told they kept 50 i get the 100. All they do is rob you out of your money. IF I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also im not paying rent for 900 without a washer and dryer. they don't let you see the apartment because they have roaches! very very very very awful
