Mediocre communication before the date. No email or phone offered to inform of a delay. I had to wait 50+ minutes in the bus at MSY airport waiting for other passengers, without any communication. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely horrible transportation service! I had a reservation on the 4:30 pm shuttle, but was told that was worthless! Do not use this shuttle service under any circumstances!

After reading all the reviews about the shuttle I was nervous to take it, but since I wasn't pressed for time throw caution to the wind. My boyfriend and I missed the first shuttle leaving the airport but waited about 40 mins for the next one. We were first on and first off. Upon departure my flight was schedule for 2:30 so i took precaution and schedule shuttle for 10:20. The gentleman was right on time. Got to the airport with no problems will use again.

Hi Lisa...the best thing I think is to call the shuttle company directly to get an accurate estimate. But they are great service to use and economical. Highly recommend them.
I would request the shuttle for 8am its a 25min ride and that going to give you the hour before your flight
If you're flying in, yes, there's always a shuttle at the airport awaiting new arrivals....you can purchase a ticket online or at the ticket booth on the first floor after you collect your luggage.
