Baker utility sucks I been calling these people since june12 it's not now July 14 no darn answer this dam lady on this machine getting on my nerves leave a call back number for what, Y'ALL DON'T ANSWER

I have been having issues with my bill increasing substantially over the past couple of years. After it reached &150 or more I contacted customer service and was told I had a leak somewhere in my home. We found the issue, a running toilet in our spare bathroom. The leak has been addressed but the bill is now almost $180. I tried speaking to someone about the increase again and they said it is from the sewage portion because it’s factored on water consumption. I can’t get anyone to help me and I feel it’s wrong that you can’t get proper customer service. I’m buying a home here and can’t just move. I will be contacting someone higher up or the news to get some light on the issues, Baker Utilities has to do better for the people.

Baker Utilities is the worst I have ever encountered!!!!! How do you run a business and no one ever answer the phone? How do you have customer service and not service the customer? if you leave a message with the answering service and still don't receive a call back! I am exhausted with Baker Utilities and whoever is the Director, Manager, Supervisor or Team Lead your doing a poor piss job.

Paid my water bill on a Wednesday woke up Thursday to no water some how their mistake was my fault. Talked to not one but two of their representatives one told me they would get someone out right away one told me after 5:30pm. It's now 8:41pm after I get home from all my running with my kids still no water. I will be there at 7am when they open.

Yes, they do. We often pay by check.
Baker utilities provides water, gas and trash pick up within the Baker City limits. Electricity could provided by Entergy or Demco. Hope this helps.
I know that you can pay cash outside at a box. You have to have your bill. It's like an ATM set up. I'm not sure how they give you change or if they credit your account.
Not in the oofice but there is a machine outside that take debit cards
