This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Logans location. It took 32 minutes to get drinks, and over an hour to get a salad. Finally when the steak came my top sirloin looked 1/2 the size of a pitie sirloin. They totally missed the shrimp, and gave me 3 small pieces of broccoli. What a total rip off. I sent it all back and went to McDonalds.

Service was poor at best. Lots of available tables the staff was less than friendly and after an hour and seventeen minutes we were still not seated. No manager was available to speak to.

For the third time we have tried this restaurant when in Nashville. Everyone sits on the left side of the bar. Because the right side smells like puke. It's overwhelming to smell. We came in Monday night and they had most of the restaurant tables available. The manager refused to seat us. He told us we would have to wait because he had people coming. As we watched the next customers be seated with no problem. This has got to be the worst Logans ever.

I ordered the mesquite shrimp, ceasar salad and green beans but received fried shrimp instead. I was going to keep it (I tried one and to my surprise it was good) but the waitress said my order was being cooked. The cook kept walking back and forth to see if I was going to eat the fried shrimps. I guess he told the waitress to get the fried shrimp back which was fine. I hope they didn't go to another customer. I received the mesquite shrimp, they looked undercooked and the one I ate tasted like lighter fluid and the green beans tasted like they opened a can, heated it up and served it. The Server/Waitress was nice.
