Well if the courthouse is open I imagine marriage license office open
You should receive a renewal notice 60 days prior to expiration. If you dont, I'd call the sheroffs office and I quite about getting one. They are all very pro2a there, and have never given me any issues regarding anything. If you moved after receiving your license, they wont have the correct address on file and you wont receive the renewal form, just keep that in mind of you ha e moved recently.
