I've taken my kids there for years. Overall it's a good experience but this summer I witnessed the staff engaging in a way that made us very uncomfortable. I sent a message to the owner who never followed up on my concerns. I will not take my kids back anytime soon, if ever. Bummer because my kids really enjoy going.

Bathrooms where not clean. Employees didn't help with cake cutting or serving and the back room was not very clean. Room we reserved was not available for us. When asked to speak to a manager was told he was out of town and couldn't return are call til after Monday. Girl at front desk was very rude and on a computer the whole time.

We had my sons second birthday party here recently. It’s a very nice place to play and bounce but the staff was not as friendly or helpful as the website says. When we first arrived for our scheduled party they didn’t even have a room for us, the room had not been decorated in the slightest, and we were provided with silverware but only spoons and knives that we ran out of immediately. Not once did a staff member come to check on our party or help us like they were supposed to. They forgot our birthday wheel, didn’t have a garbage bag in the can. The worst part of this experience is the mice feces on the tables, counters, and floors. I hope to see better another time.
