I'd tell anyone thinking of going there, not to. They didn't communicate with me at all about my dogs x-rays and bloodwork after many left messages, text, and emails. The receptionists led us to believe it was an emergency when we scheduled her surgery, but she started her heat and I needed to know if we could wait because of complications with that. No one communicated with us about our concerns, even though it was the weekend, I need to know how sick she was and could surgery wait. The only respond from them was asking us to confirm Monday appointment for surgery. Turns out all her test were negative for infection! THEY JUST SEEM VERY CARING. They did refund 👏 our $200 deposit.

This place is horrible. Do not take your pets to this place. We brought in our dog who had been throwing up for over 24 hours and was seen by Dr. Pham who after a bad xray took another xray to be sent and read by radiologists. The Dr stated that looking at the x-rays that there was an object in the stomach and if emergency surgery wasn't done, the dog would die. She even told me a story of a couple who she gave these results to, couldn't afford the surgery and their dog died within a week. She stated if I wanted my dog to live, I should rush him to the emergency services and have the surgery immediately. Fast forward.. dog has surgery, NOTHING FOUND! Called vet back who states there is never certainty because they base x-rays on science and artistry to make determination. WHAT! After spending $5000 on vet and surgery, her words are "Better safe than sorry". There is no excuse for this kind of service. Atleast if the diagnosis or recommendation is inaccurate, you should try to compensate some. After arguing with me on the phone, Dr. Pham hung up on me. Very unprofessional. If Keepers Animal wants to make this right, I am open to a non argumentative conversation and resolution.

They got my surprise (drop off) kitten in for shots and neuter, but each time I’ve had an extended wait. Today I sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for my buddy after his procedure, trying to be patient, with no updates. His anticipated discharge time was 2:45, I checked in via text at 2:46, and received my kitten at 3:40. I understand vet practices are busy and curbside service is a hectic scenario, but that’s a long wait. I was extremely frustrated by the time he got out to me, and was told “there was a mixup”. It’s okay, but it’s not ideal in any way. I’m still thankful he’s healthy and okay. I don’t know if I’ll go back to this practice.

Most vets will have you call your old vet to have you release the records and then they can email the records to the new vet.
