Highly disappointed. Mom was going there, mind you she suffers from depression, so she needs encouragement and to be pushed to continue. These people do not have a clue how to handle someone that has mental health issues along with the need for therapy. Billed my parents insurance just to have mom walk up and back once or twice and that's it. I wouldn't suggest going here if you have depression etc. They are clueless

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, and credit/debit cards. We also provide our patients with flexible payment plans, if needed.
We offer a self-pay rate for our patients who do not have insurance. This fee is due at the time of service. Please contact our office at 315-535-4899 for more information regarding our self-pay fees.
When you come to your first appointment you will need to bring your insurance card, your script/referral, and the new patient paperwork if you chose to obtain them from our website. If you choose to fill the paperwork out in our office you will need to arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early. You may also choose to bring any XRay, MRI or other imaging results with you.
