I booked a 2 hour massage over a week in advance as I had been working out and wanted to address some sore muscles. I received a confirmation text with lots of emojis the morning off and I replied to confirm again. I took the afternoon off and was looking forward to the appointment. About 5 minutes from my destination, and 10 minutes before the appointment began, the phone rings and then when I didn’t answer (driving) I received a text that the person in front of me was delayed and they had to push my appointment back an hour. What the heck? At that point, you tell the late person no and to reschedule.. don’t screw over someone else. I responded that moving my appointment an entire hour when I was 5mins away was not good for my schedule and to cancel it. I won’t try to go back. The texts with emojis were nice, but the customer service wasn’t the best, especially considering the $$ I was going to pay for a 2hr massage that then didn’t happen. Reading reviews, this isn’t a rare occurrence either. :(

The massages are very good, but I paid $70 for an hour massage and gave her a $100. I asked for $10 in change and she did not want to give it to me. I felt like $20 was a nice tip for the services. However, $30 is steep. She didn't speak English well and decided that I wasn't getting any change. Just be ready to only give the exact cash you want to and no more.

I went here on Feb. 2, 2022. I was the first customer of the day. The worker does not speak or understand any english so it was hard to communicate. The place is okay but the massage is a bit horrible. First, She legit stepped on my back and used her feet to massage me. she probably between 100 to 125 lbs and she was stepping on my back and neck which I already have a c-spine problem. Her full weight was on my back because left foot was on my lower back and right foot is stepping on my neck. Second, she legit sat on my back and start massaging me.I told her to get off and she did. The checking out process I was using my debit card to charge $80 for the total amount. I open my wallet took $20 for tip and she suddenly speaks english and said use cash to pay its better. I said I only have $50 cash its not enough and I am Giving you $20 for tip. She then said. $70 on card then give me $10 cash for cupping. I said why? i need my cash but I ended up doing what she wants. Also, I tip $20 because I saw the reviews here and they force you to give big tip so i did it first so I don't get irritated by them.
