I am satisfied with the service and experience that I have received at Star Nissan Service Center. I have been coming to this service location since 2007 or 2008, although many employees have come and go, they have always fixed any issue or problems my Nissan car(s) had. I want to say that everybody, including the Service manager, service representative, even the marketing team, have always been there to assist and help me with any issue. I believe that defines good customer service, if one member can't help or assist for whatever reason that might be, there will always be someone else to help and that I appreciate.
