Went in today with a question about my diverter valve. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me the valve is discontinued but luckily he had the part in stock. He told me how to fix my problem, which saved me from paying for a service call. Definitely going back with any and all pool questions!

The technical service is unreliable, if you take a device for review and you do not want to repair it, they deliver the disassembled machine with malicious intent and treachery. I went to pick up mine after I complained about it because they delivered it in pieces, finally they delivered it with the cable cut, absolutely nothing professional from the repair department, think about it if you are going to take your devices for a repair, they are not at all reliable or professional

I have an Aquabot Breeze XLS. I believe it needs new drive belts. Do you have any? Can you replace them?

Hi Elena. Unfortunately that unit does not use drive belts. If it is not moving it is possoble some debris is lodged in the impeller.

I have a aquabot pool rover hybrid put in pool last week wheels fell off lost the scree that is in the white rod that the wheels are on, do you carry the parts which is the screw. Thank You Kelly

I have an aquabot also, an older model. Dolphin is a good shop, if they don't have it they will order it in quickly. Stay away from Leslie no knowledge at all. Been dealing with Dolphin for 8 years. Nice people, knowledgeable.
