Was traveling and became tired, needing an unscheduled break. Found HIE and booked one night stay. Very clean. Under renovations. Indoor swimming and hot tub. Daily breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. More than I wanted to spend, but when sleep calls.. wish we could have enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I have two emotional support dogs, and my friend was staying at the hotel and we told them we had the two dogs and they said it was fine. However tonight the General Manager stated they were not allowed. He was really rude and asked all kinds of questions about what kind of support, why do you need them, I have Benet been treated that way. he got my Anxiety so high my heart was hurting. I just got dressed and left driving which I shouldn't have, but to be treated that way i had to leave. I will never go to another holiday Inn ever.

Great place to rest for a re supply day. Convenient location to shops. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Laundry available in building for $2 wash and $2 dry, not bad price. Overall, not bad. Would recommend to other hikers.

Room was a very nice size, bed very comfortable. The love seat in the room definitely needs to be changed it is old and uncomfortable. I will say that they are upgrading the hotel and haven't upgraded all rooms . The breakfast was very good the lady in charge was very nice and everything was very clean.
