Dowell at this terribles location is the best, he's a hard worker and on point with everything when it comes to terribles products. Has great customer service skills and very friendly.

Don't accept credit, at least outside. Going inside was too much effort for how pitiful the wash ended up being. While most of the car looked good our trunk wasn't even touched, and looked almost worse than before. And then they want you to pay to use the vacuums. Look elsewhere for a good carwash

To be fair, the only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is bc I live in Cali and pay almost $6 a gallon so when I only have to pay $4.85? 5 stars.

Decent Terrible’s location. I don’t often use this one but if I have to in a pinch I will. Facility is clean but not the cleanest. Staff is decent but the biggest draw is the car wash. It’s one of the better ones in the Terrible’s chain and it’s never busy so if you need a car wash definitely go!
