There customer service is horrible. I had a rep come out and he said he had to order the window, so I fully paid and waited a month to have no window installed. Went back to their office located across from Hart Middle and had to argue for my refund smh. It was all a waste of time and so unprofessional. So much for trying to support local small businesses smh.
