Can’t schedule an appointment—have to go there and wait. An hour? Two hours? Who knows! Could be half a day! I have a job! Also they made me pay for unnecessary medications when I took my dog there during Covid (when I wasn’t allowed in with him) it’s a hard no for me.

Will give out your address and other personal information to anyone who calls and requests it. HIPPA violation!!!!!! Also will charge you behind your back. The vets and staff are incredible, but the management needs to be fired.

My dog cannot use his hind legs took him to a vet they said he slipped his disc and was referred to Charlotte they want $4800 up front I dont have but 1000$ was wondering if this place will work with you. Or know somewhere that will. I just want toy
