Overall a good experience, but Melissa that just answered the phone was very rude even offered for us to quit coming and find another facility. I'm sure the medical director of this facility wouldn't approve of that comment. RECOVERY IS A PROCESS

I filled out my information on their website on Saturday, they called me on Sunday, and I had my first appointment on Monday. I’m so glad I found this place. EVERYONE is extremely nice, and…SINCERE!!! And so welcoming…..Thank you for everything!!!

I’m so glad I found this place. I feel so much better after my visits with the doctor and the treatment is working. And they take Medicaid! The staff is friendly and office is nice. They got me in very fast to!

You do not need a referral to get an appointment if you are self pay or have NC Medicaid. You only need a referral if you have a Medicare plan.
