Went on a Saturday,first thing in the morning right when they opened. the gentlemen that was helping me gave me a $ 10 off coupon for my oil change. That was very nice of him to do. I will definitely go back again with my other car when it comes time for the oil change. Over all happy with the service I received. ( check on-line for coupons for this place they are out there )

This shop caused over $600 in damage to my car. I wish I read the reviews before I came here. I had the same problem as Conor Jones posted a week ago. Found melted plastic hanging underneath the car when I got home after an oil change plus $286 of other services performed, including radiator fluid replacement, engine flush, and fuel system. Spoke to the assistant manager and manager John who made me return twice within 24 and 48 hours only to tell me they were not responsible for the damage they caused. John had his made mind up before I even got there because I called customer care who transferred me to him. I am attaching picture of the damage they caused when they broke the heat shield on the catalytic converter causing the plastic part of the skid plate to melt and hang from the car. I never had a problem with the heat shield until I came home and saw the damage they did. It was obvious this happened at this location before because they were not even surprised when I explained the situation and had a canned response about not being responsible for it. I took it to Subaru and got an estimate for over $600 in damage two days after they caused it. Is customer care going to pay for this damage which occurred immediately after I received the services? I placed another phone call to customer care who tried to call the area manager named Mark (refused to provide last name) who did not pick up or return my calls. They listed the store number instead of my phone number and admitted they never reviewed any "security footage" before denying responsibility for the damage. I was denied access to viewing the "security footage" when I asked and never spoke to anyone in charge who would investigate the situation. I offered pictures and an estimate by phone and no one was willing to investigate. There is no one to contact by email or phone for investigation. They do not respond at all. They transfer all calls to the same store manager who is not going to accept responsibility. There are no independent investigations. John the manager stated, "They are not going to do anything about it." The reviews show they have a pattern of damaging cars without recourse and accountability. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Perhaps a class action lawsuit would elicit an appropriate response this time. Post the names of the service providers who damaged your cars. They are listed on your invoice.
