The pizza was just awful tonight! By the time it was delivered it was cold and everything had to be heated back up. But, the manager Ashley made it right for us. She apologized due to staff shortage because of COVID. She was very professional and kind.

It took over 2 hours to get this order. I ordered Chicago style pizza it was the worst pizza I have ever had.It was extremely salty and was cold and not cooked all the way. I also ordered 16 boneless wings buffalo medium which were cold and seemed as if they had been put in the microwave.I normally have loved pizza hut and prefer it over other pizzas but I have to say it will be a long time before I order from pizza hut due to this poor quality.

I have mixed feeling about this Pizza Hut. The young lady at the front counter was outstanding, friendly, funny and good then things go wrong. The food was great, we had pizza and bread sticks. That being said, when we arrived our pizza was missing. When found they said a delivery man had taken it by mistake. We were told he was at the light a block away from the store. 10 to 15 minutes later he showed up. One of our two pizzas was not hot and the bread sticks looked like they had been upside down at some point. They handed them to us and thought we would take them. We said no and they made new ones. The food was great.
