My husband did an "oopsy" and drilled a hole into one of our water pipes. Needless to say, our kitchen was almost a swimming pool! I called this company as an emergency on a Sunday afternoon and they had a technician out within 1 hour!!! Brandon was BEYOND nice and assured us that everything would be fixed and repaired. Sure enough, within less than an hour, our hole was fixed! He even helped us turn the water back on and make sure everything was working properly. I rarely leave reviews, but the company and Brandon needed recognition!!!
