They returned my email and call, I left the paperwork with the security. All great. Dealing with a death in the family made this whole process seem super tough. They walked me through everything. I could've mailed or dropped off the Will, I preferred to drop it off. Met security at the front gate and I was out.

Honestly you're better off going there in person during business hours or going to their website online I'm not sure if they're back in the office or not officially yet

My mom passed away three weeks ago, I am executor, she only has small savings accounts. Do I have to probate the will and do I have to make an estate account?

Hi Maureen! Local (Freehold) probate attorney here. The Surrogate should be open Friday the 24th. They are closed on Monday the 27th for Memorial Day.
