Sitting in the emergency room for 6 hrs so far. Service is so slow, no nurses coming by to check if my child is ok or needs anything. If approached front desk to ask why the long wait, she was very nasty. Hope to rest of stay will be better than this

Prompt service, short wait and amazing staff. Went in for severe back pain and was afraid they would send me away with just a list of meds. They went over my options and did a CT scan, checked in frequently and assisted. Overall my first and best experience .

Was sent here by orthopedist for MRI concerned about my back, I realize the hospital only has 1 machine and is a long wait. How do you call yourself a cutting edge hospital if you don’t even have emergency call bells in your Er? We were left unchecked on for 4 hours with no call bell and then the staff has the nerve to act offended when you are standing at the nurses station looking for help. Yes beautiful , and clean but maybe you should spend money on staff that wants to take care of patients, actual Drs not nurse practitioners that don’t let you speak and maybe just a call bell to reach a nurse!!
