We had plumbing issues within the apartment and both the times Tom came by and fixed it for us very promptly. Thank you Tom and all the members in the maintenance team for helping us in all our appt maintenance needs.

Excellent community to live and to start with ! One of the best I would say in New jersey area. The place is very calm, serene and staffs are friendly. Biggest failure is the pool area, they charge upfront for all amenities and never open on time and keep restricted unfeasible timings for residents and keep closing them. Need a lot to improve on this side.

Our ac stopped working and Eddy came by and fixed it for us very quickly. Second time Eddy has helped us with service requests. Both times have been pleasant and speedy so we really appreciate his service.

I left an honest review here that is not showing up, so I am editing it. However, that definitely confirms what someone here wrote about Avalon purposely curating these reviews so they present a positive view. Hopefully this one “passes” - I recently moved out of my apartment here and have lived in two other comparable “luxury” apartment complexes in the same area. I have to say - Avalon’s use of the word “luxury” is the largest stretch by far. Both other places have been MILES beyond this one in terms of apartment design, size, amenities, etc. - all for the same price. Appliances are cheap here, not nearly as nice as my new place, even the plumbing fixtures and lighting isn’t as nice as either of the two other apartments. The most egregious offense of this place is the RATE of rent increases. It’s borderline unethical. In fact, Avalon the national company, represents just about everything that’s wrong with America. In my time there, I saw cops for “domestic violence” concerns what seemed like every other week, no exaggeration. There was an all-out brawl involving a good 20 people one night - blood all over the hallways. I generally did not feel safe here. This place is an absolute joke. If you’re looking for a place, I sincerely suggest living anywhere else.
