I used their services many times before now this they played me fir few bucks. Call for service n tech came by put freon and spend about 1 hour and gave me bill for $800 plus tax. Thrn he say give 500 check n 300 cash I say no problem. W.e way u say. I have to pay regardless. Then very strange he want Mr to write check in his name n on the bill he only put 500 only. N to mine invoice he wrote 500 plus 300. Idk why. So I gave him 500 check n hold his 300 n called the Company in Burlington and spoke to lady n she say we don't do this and the tech was fighting n getting angry and abusive in my business n I end up giving him 300 cash with no receipt. I am going to report to consumer court. N file a case. Tech name was Vincent (vinnie) I own 130 properties b never going to use then again.

Davis Home Services was absolutely outstanding! We had a bad clog in our pipe which caused our kitchen sink and dishwasher to back up and leak all over our hardwood floor. Davis Home Services came out the very next morning after I had called to make an appointment. Ian and Devon were both very professional, friendly, accurate and thorough with their work on our kitchen sink/pipes. They explained everything in detail each step of the way and discussed pricing options before any work was done so that we were comfortable with the cost and knew exactly what to expect. Ian and Devon worked diligently and they resolved our issue in a just few hours. They also replaced our kitchen faucet and we couldn’t be happier with it! Thank you so much, Ian & Devon! Would have been 5-stars, but for the fact that Davis was unable to resolve a battery backup issue before leaving for the day. Technician worked hard to try and resolve the problem, but I ended up fixing it myself over the weekend.
