C and E train stop here. Located between West 50 and West 49th Street. Both trains go to downtown. Uptown E goes to Jamaica(JFK) and uptown C to the Bronx (West side)

It depends where in Yonkers. I take the 1 train to the last stop 242 street then one of the buses from there. Again it depends where in Yonkers you are going. To some places you can take a metro north train. My advice is to use the google map or any map on your cellphone for best and most accurate directions.
