I had initially posted a negative review on this site, which I’ve since edited. I ended up working with the owner, and she corrected the error. I think her employee was assuming I wanted the left sleeve shorter than the right, due my amputated wrist. It’s often people feel uncomfortable due to my disability; and it was noticeable that he was shaky when working with me. The owner ended up fixing my suit and did not charge me for the second alteration. It would have been wonderful if I could have received a credit for the original charge, just due to the error of having the right sleeve pressed (very noticeably) about two inches longer on one side than the other; unfortunately due to my busy schedule I had to take it out of the bag and put it on and go. That being said, I respect and support local businesses trying to survive in our current economical climate. I do wish them the best, and I appreciate them taking the time to correct the initial mistakes. I’ll continue to support this business. I should also mention that I appreciate the owner doing alterations on my garments; as it’s not as common of a service for cleaners to offer this, as it used to be. She did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Hanger Cleaners next to Lincoln High School.

I’ve been to hangers several times and everyone I’ve dealt with is knowledgeable, honest and kind. Their prices are extremely reasonable and as someone who generally calls last minute they are accommodating and honest about what they can get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Lincoln.

They ruined my clothes, and they still charged me. After I told them about my clothes condition, they started to trying to blame my cloth for being old(bought it 1 year ago). It was an expensive coat, and they didn’t give me a refund or an apology.

Excellent and prompt services. Staff are kind and polite. They really know their job while keep customers comfortable. The best place I have dealt with for dry wash in the past few years.
